THE STRATEGIST

Built for This Moment.
Prepared by 20 Years of Doing the Work.

I did not pivot to AI. I evolved into it because everything I had spent 15 years building prepared me for exactly this.

Most Businesses Are Experimenting With AI.
Very Few Are Actually Using It.

The story

My career has never followed a straight line and that is exactly why I am good at what I do.

I started in sales. Not the kind where you read from a script, but the kind where you learn to listen, understand what someone actually needs, and build a relationship that lasts.

I grew a territory by 95% in an industry downturn. I built sales operations from the ground up and delivered 43% company growth in year one after five years of flat performance. I worked and secured business in private, commercial, and government sectors.

“I moved into digital. And everything accelerated.”

THE CONVERSION LAYER

I Didn’t Leave Sales Behind. I Translated It.

I worked across funnels, sales pages, email sequences, and go-to-market systems where small decisions had outsized impact. Not to guess. To diagnose.

A headline. A button. An offer structure. A sequence… Each one either moved the business forward or quietly held it back.

And I saw the same pattern over and over...

Most businesses don’t have a traffic problem.
They don’t even have a product problem. They have a clarity problem that shows up as low sales.  That’s where I learned to connect:

By the time I moved deeper into strategy, I wasn’t just managing launches. I was shaping the thinking behind them.

And that’s what made the next phase inevitable.

I became the person teams relied on when something wasn’t working.

THE Alignment

The Market Hears What The Business Says.

That’s where I learned to connect what a business is trying to say, what the market actually hears, and what needs to change for those two things to align.

By the time I moved deeper into strategy, I wasn’t just managing launches. I was shaping the thinking behind them.

And that made the next phase inevitable

THE AI chapter

AI Didn’t Replace the Thinking. It Accelerated It.

In 2022, I started working with AI. Not as a trend, but as a continuation of how I already approached business.

Long before AI became a category, I was already working with tools that did what we now call AI.

At the time, they were just practical solutions to real problems. It wasn’t called AI. It was just the fastest way to get better results. Looking back, they were the early signals of where everything was heading.

It wasn’t called AI. It was just the fastest way to get better results.

I spent years diagnosing what makes things convert, where systems break, and how decisions get made under pressure. AI didn’t replace that thinking. It accelerated it.

While most people were experimenting with prompts, I was applying AI to:

What used to take weeks of planning, creation, and analysis could now happen in hours if you knew what to ask, and what to ignore.

Because AI doesn’t create clarity. It exposes it… or the lack of it.

AI is only as powerful as knowing what questions to ask,
and the judgement applied to the responses.

THE Alignment

From Experimentation to Real Application

In 2024, I founded The AI Conversionist, focused on helping businesses move from experimentation to real application.

Not “how to use AI.” How to use it inside the systems that already drive the business.

The past few years have been the most exciting and instructive of my career. I’ve seen exactly what separates companies that scale from those that stall.

It’s not access to tools. It’s whether those tools are applied in a way that actually changes how the business operates.

That’s the work I do now.

I help companies integrate AI into their operations, marketing systems, and internal workflows where most businesses already live and work. Your system is only as good as the adoption. Together we create workable systems within the framework of where you and your employees live.

AI is only as powerful as knowing what questions to ask,
and the judgement applied to the responses.

The Reality

Where Strategy Meets Execution

01

AI is infrastructure, not magic.

The companies that win with AI aren’t the ones using the most tools. They’re the ones with systems that actually work. I don’t layer AI on top of chaos. I build the structure that makes it useful.

02

Operations are the foundation of everything.

Marketing doesn’t work without operations. AI doesn’t work without operations. Before anything else, I look at how the business actually runs because that’s where results are won or lost.

03

Clarity drives conversion.

Most businesses don’t have a traffic problem. They have a clarity problem. If the positioning is off, the message is unclear, or the path is misaligned and nothing converts.

04

The best opportunities aren’t always obvious.

Some of the strongest growth paths are the ones most businesses overlook. I help identify the direction that actually makes sense even if it’s not the expected one.

05

Results are the only metric that matters.

I’ve managed million-dollar and small launches. I’ve helped drive significant growth across multiple environments and verticals. I measure the work by what it produces not how sophisticated it sounds.

06

The best AI strategy is the one your team will use.

The most powerful system in the world is useless if it lives in a document no one touches. I design for adoption, not theory.

Ready?

Ready to Work Together?

If your business feels more complex than it should be, there’s usually a reason. I help you find it and fix it.

Whether you need clarity on what to do next, a full AI and go-to-market strategy, marketing and sales funnels that actually convert, or a system that actually supports how your business runs, we can start with a focused conversation.

I work with a limited number of clients at a time to keep the work sharp, fast, and high-impact.
